Dragonfly Media/Common Ground Magazine: San Francisco, CA, 2002 - Present
- Credited with substantially reversing advertising sales. Sales reversal helped bolster capital value of magazine, which was sold to Dragonfly Media in 2003. High Ground Consulting was retained to manage sales through the transition from a quarterly publication to a monthly.
Disney Interactive (Europe, Middle East & Africa) Paris, France 1995-1998

- Strategized and led marketing and sales operations for European launch of Disney Interactive. Reporting to General Manager.
- Sold OEM business development alliances. Key deal (with Hewlett Packard) generated over $14 million to bottom line in Year 1 and was credited for making division profitable.
- Ran console-based business, including selling strategic alliances and royalty agreements with Sony, Sega, Nintendo, Virgin and other Third Parties. P&L $15m+.
- Set-up comprehensive systems ranging from software localization, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service. Managed product branding, marcom, advertising, promotions, press relations, and trade show participation.
